Hunting the flattops
**NOW Booking for 2021**
Budge's Flattops Wilderness Lodge is located on the south fork of the White River which is home to large, healthy herds of big game including elk & mule deer. Our hunts are situated in the Flattops Wilderness Area of the White River National Forest in Game Management Units 23, 24, 25 & 34. We offer an array of different hunting packages that will suit anyones needs.
For those hunters who prefer the comfort of a cabin and the convenience of a central lodge, we offer fully guided hunts. Hunts are completed through horseback, with daily trips into the wilderness area. These hunts are what we consider to be full service that include the wranglers, guides, horses and meals all included in one fee.
We routinely provide guided hunters with the ratio of one guide per two hunters and two hot meals a day plus a sack lunch for your days out on the mountain. If you desire a one on one hunt, please contact our manager for availability and special pricing.
